Affording a GCA Education
We want every qualified, mission-appropriate student to be given the opportunity to attend GCA… but we know that for many families, the investment can be a challenge. Families may be awarded tuition assistance on the basis of a demonstrated financial need in grades K-12. Our goal is to make a Christian education accessible to many.

Pre-K3 & Pre-K4
Annual Tuition & Fees $7,725
Kindergarten through 6th Grade
Annual Tuition & Fees $8,840
7th & 8th Grade
Annual Tuition & Fees $8,925
9th through 12th Grade
Annual Tuition & Fees $8,985
Application Fee for all students
$125.00 (non-refundable)
The following fees are included in the annual tuition amount:
Enrollment Fee ($150), Technology Fee ($200), Curriculum Fee ($250), and Field Trip Fee* ($100)
*The Field Trip Fee is new for 2025-2026 and does not include any overnight field trips.
There are some fees that are not included in the tuition costs. Additional fees may include, but are not limited to, student retreats, camps, elective fees, yearbooks, and athletics/theatre arts fees.
We will use the FACTS Tuition Management System for all payments and each family will set up an online payment plan with FACTS.
Scholarships
Grace Christian Academy is committed to making a Christian education available and affordable to as many families as possible. We participate in the Opportunity Scholarship program, which you can read about on the North Carolina Opportunity Scholarship website.
Extended Care After-School Schedule and Rate
GCA offers an after-school Extended Care program which is available to all GCA students on full days of school and is billed separately from tuition. Extended Care can be used on days your child is present for the regular school day. Students will be signed in/out on a time sheet (pay for it as you use it) and be billed on a monthly basis at the rate of $8.00 per hour (pro-rated if your student does not stay an entire hour).
Extended Care Hours 3 pm -5:30pm $8.00 per hour
Please Note:
If you pick up your child after 5:30 pm, you will be charged a $15 Late Pick-up Fee for every 15 minutes you are late.
