Steps to enrollment

 

  1. Fill out an INQUIRY FORM. Our admissions process starts with learning about you! Complete the Inquiry Form and tell us more about your family.
  2. Join us for a TOUR. After you submit the Inquiry Form, you’ll receive a phone call and have the opportunity to select a tour date that works best for your family. We can’t wait to meet you!
  3. Fill out the online APPLICATION and submit the non-refundable application fee. Once we receive all required application documents, you’ll move on to step 4.
  4. Family INTERVIEW. This is a special time where you will sit down with key members of GCA. We want to get to know you just as much as you want to get to know us! During this step, we will complete an informal assessment of the incoming student(s).
  5. Invitation to ENROLL will be sent via email with instruction on creating your own Family Portal in FACTS.
  6. You receive an ACCEPTANCE LETTER. Your GCA journey begins!
